Announcing the Last Word Challenge - Are you smarter than the scientists?

Popular science will never be the same again. PROFILE BOOKS, NEW SCIENTIST and award winning digital gamers SIX TO START combine forces to promote Why Can’t Elephants Jump? with a fun, innovative game for social networks.

The Last Word Challenge will invite players to pick the correct answer to a set of science questions against the clock. Questions will be drawn from Why Can't Elephants Jump? and the previous titles in the Last Word series, giving visitors a sneak preview of the new book. Successful players can create a mini science quiz to be shared with friends on Facebook and Twitter - the more people who interact with it, the more points that player receives. A leaderboard ranks the players, with the winner receiving a prize at the end of the live run of the challenge.
