Nancy Garrison Jenn

Nancy Garrison Jenn is a global authority on headhunters. She is an author, consultant and well known speaker on the executive search profession. She consults to many global corporations on the selection of executive search firms worldwide, with a special focus on emerging markets (Brasil, Mideast,China,India). Clients have included Amex, Armstrong Intl,The BBC, Corning, Dell, Diageo, Expedia, GSK, KKR, KPMG, LVMH, Thomson Reuters and Vanguard.

She wrote the classic Headhunters and how to use them, The Global 200 and a popular series of 10 books for The Economist/Economist Intelligence Unit on executive search.

Mrs. Garrison Jenn also lectures at many MBA schools (on networking with headhunters) including LBS, Oxford Said, Cambridge Judge, and Yale SOM. She was a keynote speaker at the Financial Times Global Career Forum and at global hr events in Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Mumbai. With the support of AMEX, she recently founded a senior global hr networking group based in London.

Nancy Garrison Jenn has American/French nationality and is a graduate of the Yale School of Management. She resides in London.
