About the Author

Dr. R. I. (Bob) Tricker directed the Oxford Management Centre (now Säid Business School) and as a research fellow of Nuffield College wrote the first book titled Corporate Governance (1984).As Hong Kong University Business School's Professor of Finance he developed corporate governance in Hong Kong, China, and Russia, and wrote Directors - an A-Z of corporate governance, the fifth edition of the Economist Pocket Director.
